- Contact our customer service: Write or call our team to initiate the exchange procedure.
- Home collection: A GLS courier will collect the product directly from your home.
- Receive the new item: Once the product is received, we will send you the new size or chosen item, with no additional shipping costs.
Timeline: The procedure is completed within 3-5 business days from the request.
Conditions: The product must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

By choosing Klarna as your payment method at checkout, you can buy now and pay later in 3 convenient, interest-free installments.
The installments allow you to split the cost of your purchase into 3 equal payments. The payment for each installment will be automatically debited from the debit or credit card entered at the time of payment.
Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed, and installments 2 and 3 will be scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
