- Home collection: A GLS courier will collect the product directly from your home.
- Receive the new item: Once the product is received, we will send you the new size or chosen item, with no additional shipping costs.
Timeline: The procedure is completed within 3-5 business days from the request.
Conditions: The product must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

The installments allow you to split the cost of your purchase into 3 equal payments. The payment for each installment will be automatically debited from the debit or credit card entered at the time of payment.
